How quickly do you book up?

​I am usually booked in advance and would recommend a minimum of 4-6 weeks to book a service. However, Saturday appointments tend to book further out. Remember to plan ahead for important events and for the holiday season! You can also be added to the waitlist if an earlier opening comes up.

What is your cancellation policy?

As a courtesy, please remember to call or text me as soon as you know that you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment, and I would be happy to rebook it for you. If you fail to give me 24 hours notice or are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be required to pay a fee of 50% of your service total before I will schedule you again.

Is there any parking available for your salon?

Yes, West Village Plaza has plenty of parking. Street parking in front of the salon and there is also a parking garage located off to the right when coming down the main street of the Plaza just past L’Thai Restaurant at the corner.

What if I have an issue with my services?

I want you to love your experience with me. I believe in an open, honest conversation between my guests and myself. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please let me know within 5 days of your service so I can have the opportunity to make adjustments where necessary. Color adjustment services must be completed within 10 days of original service or extra fee will apply. I do not offer refunds for services. Can I bring my children?

I love your children but due to safety concerns and limited space I kindly ask you to not bring your children to your appointment.

If you are unable to find childcare for the time of your appointment, I ask that you please reschedule within a timely manner.This policy is to ensure that you and the other salon guests have a relaxing experience at the salon and is made with your child's safety in mind.
